North Pole Village "Santa’s Workshop" is one of the first 3 buildings released in the North Pole collection. They anchor the entire collection. This is a "must-have" piece in your North Pole Village. This collectible porcelain piece is part of the Heritage Village Collection and is a popular Christmas village item.
Released in 1990 then retired in 1993.

This house/building is in excellent condition except the "S. Claus' sign has been repaired and the tiniest chip on the bottom - unseen from the top. Both imperfections have been pictured. Comes in original box with light cord.
